Our Cooperation Process
- Sample Production: We provide samples based on customer specifications. If mold opening is required, the customer will cover the cost. However, as part of our customer appreciation program, we will refund the mold fee once the order reaches a specified quantity.
- Order Confirmation & Contract Signing: After confirming the product design, we sign a formal contract, and the customer proceeds with a deposit payment. The production lead time begins once the customized mold is completed.
- Guaranteed Delivery: We ensure that the product delivery will not exceed 45 days, allowing our customers to receive high-quality products on schedule.
